1. About Our Services

SocialShopService facilitates the buying and selling of UK-based TikTok accounts, and provides social growth services (likes, followers, views, comments, watch time and monetization support) across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and YouTube.

2. Eligibility

By using our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent/legal guardian, and that you have the legal right to buy, sell or manage the account(s) involved in your order.

3. Account Buying & Selling

  • Sellers must provide accurate information about the account being sold, including region, activity and history.
  • Buyers are responsible for reviewing account details before completing a purchase.
  • Once ownership/credentials are transferred and confirmed, the sale is considered final unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • SocialShopService acts as a facilitator and does not guarantee the future performance of any account after transfer.

4. Growth Services (Likes, Followers, Views & More)

  • Growth services are delivered gradually to keep results as safe and natural-looking as possible.
  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on order size and platform conditions.
  • We do not request account passwords for standard growth services unless explicitly required and agreed for a specific package.

5. Payment Terms

Full or partial payment (as agreed) is required before an order is processed. Accepted payment methods will be shared directly during order confirmation. All prices are agreed on a per-order basis via WhatsApp or our contact form.

6. Refund Policy

Refund eligibility is assessed on a case-by-case basis. Refunds are generally not available once an account has been successfully transferred or a growth service has been fully delivered as described. Disputes should be raised promptly with supporting evidence.

7. Prohibited Uses

Our services must not be used for illegal activity, fraud, impersonation, or any purpose that violates the terms of service of TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube or applicable law. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone found in breach of these terms.

8. Platform Risk Disclaimer

SocialShopService is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube or their parent companies. Buying, selling or artificially boosting accounts may carry inherent risk under each platform's own policies. Clients use our services at their own discretion and risk.

9. Limitation of Liability

SocialShopService shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to account suspension, loss of access, or loss of followers/engagement due to platform-side actions.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order at our discretion, particularly in cases of suspected fraud, misuse or violation of these terms.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
